In any case, I'll insert some text here and there to make things less...sloppy. Monday was at the Curve to try out the new Cineplex. Place is basically empty as a tomb. Heard in the papers that the place is suppose to be a real hip place for the "youth" of today to hang out. There's gonna be a giant screen that displays games that are being played by ppl around the mall. Sounds like a cool concept, but only time will tell if it will be successful.
Apparently you would be able to play games on this platform one day when the mall is fully operational.
Nice shot of some tables and chairs
Had dinner at Charms after watching the Assasination of Richard Nixon on Monday. Pretty nice decent food set in a cosy atsmosphere.
Took a trip down to KL today to watch a movie at Kat's place. Got a lift from dad who kindly dropped me off at Masjid Jamek. Boarded a train heading to Ampang. Rained during the journey there and it was still pouring when I reached Cempaka.
Bangunan KTMWaiting at the platform. Watch your step buddy.
Mixture of old and new. Below this building marked 1921, is a Burger King outlet.
Waiting for the train.
The casualty of over building. Looking over Puduraya is the failed project of Plaza Rakyat. In the late 1990s, this place was to be THE central railway station or something I think. Also was suppose to eliviate the problem of congestion in Puduraya. Almost a decade later, nothing has changed. The jams are still there, made worse by the floods and this big waste of concrete is a testament to poor government planning.
Watched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind at Kat's. Loved the show, some of the best acting I've seen and its got a good plot line to it too.
Had lunch over at Great Eastern Plaza at this place. Cozy House.
Me, Kat and my Iceblended Mango Drink
Some really cute puppy I saw
Curious lil' bird who wanted to give the two love birds in the background some room.
